We asked for a quote Thursday morning, received the quote that afternoon, and the job was completed early Friday morning. He was prompt, gave practical advice, and completed the job quickly. Quick and efficient. The lock barrel of the deadbolt on our front door fell out just as we were leaving for work/ school. Phoned they arrived 30 mins later and were done in 30 minutes.
